You receive a Wix Studio site template, an activation file (.zip), and a welcome email containing: a secure activation link, and a download link to the activation file.

To activate your template, open the activation email and click 'Activate Template.' If prompted, upload the activation file from the email or your account’s purchase history. Follow the on-screen steps to add the template to your Wix account. Alternatively, you can start from Account → Purchases, click the order, and then click 'Activate' (no email needed).

Log in to your account on our site → Purchases → open the order → you’ll find the activation link and the activation file archive. Re-send the email from there if required.

Yes. We offer a paid “Install & Brand Swap” service (logo, color & font mapping, up to 10 pages of content). Usual turnaround: 2–4 business days after we receive your assets.

You can re-download your activation file anytime by going to Account → Purchases. Each order includes a .zip archive with the activation file and a link.
